How do I purchase tickets?
Advance tickets are only available online. For shows that have not sold out, you may purchase tickets as you enter.

How do I get my tickets?
Technology has rendered physical tickets obsolete. There are no tickets to pick up. Your name will be on our Will Call list at the door on the night of the show. Please have your order number ready for a quicker check-in process!

What is the difference between VIP Seating and General Admission Seating?
VIP Seating is for the seats closest to the stage. General Admission seating are the seats behind the VIP seats. Please note: Not all shows offer VIP Seating, it is at the performer's discretion.

Do you offer meet and greet?
Meet and Greets are solely at the performer's discretion & not automatically included with VIP tickets. Some shows will have an add-on option when purchasing online.

What is the address for the **NEW** Greenville Comedy Zone?
Effective March 25th, 2026 all shows will be held at Greenville Comedy Zone at Revel Event Center.... located just minutes from downtown. New address is: 304 East Stone Avenue, Greenville, SC 29609

Do you have parking?
Our new location has onsite FREE parking available! You can access our lot via Stone Avenue or Mitchell Street. Stay tuned, we'll be adding a parking map soon.

Is the venue accessible?
Our new location is all ONE LEVEL... no more stairs!

What is the dress code?
It’s casual, but make no mistake—this is one of the best comedy clubs in the country. Make sure you're dressing the part.

Are purses/bags allowed?
They are, however all bags are subject to search upon entry. The venue has the right to refuse entry and restrict any items at any time without prior notice.
- Oversized bags, luggage, or backpacks are not permitted.
- Please note, we do NOT allow weapons of any kind, including but not limited to, conceal carry, pocket knives, pepper spray, tasers, etc.

Do you allow cameras inside the venue?
Photography, filming videotaping or other forms of recording without prior consent of the club and the artist is strictly prohibited. Certain artists may also prohibit cell phones from being allowed into the show.

Do you Serve Food?

Do you Serve Drinks?
Yes, the good stuff (and some of the bad).

Is there a minimum purchase requirement?
Yes, there is a 2 item per person requirement. Any food or beverage purchase counts towards the minimum. We offer a variety of non-alcoholic beverages and encourage our guests to please drink responsibly.

I have a group of people, can we all sit together?
Yes! We need two things from you: 1) Get here early and 2) Arrive together.

What happens if I arrive late?
Guests are allowed into the show up until 15minutes after the show begins. We stop seating 15 minutes into the show due to the disruption caused to the artists. No exceptions, no refunds will be given for late arrivals.

How long are the shows?
They vary, but average around 90 minutes.

Is there an age requirement for entry?
- Unless otherwise specified, you must be 18 to Laugh and 21 to Drink
- 9pm or later shows are strictly 21+

TICKET INFORMATION:

• Tickets are purchased for a specific show, performer, date, and time.
• All ticket purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE.
• Before purchasing tickets, please ensure you can attend the specific show, date, and time.
• ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL.
• Many shows SELL OUT in advance, therefore we do encourage you to purchase your tickets in advance.
• All acts, prices, and show times are subject to change without notice.

HOUSE RULES:

• No outside food or beverages are allowed in the Comedy Zone.
• No Comedy Zone beverages are allowed outside the Comedy Zone.
• Please DO NOT talk in a disruptive manner during the show. We will kindly give you a warning and if disruption continues you may be asked to leave.
• Please DO NOT heckle or loudly comment on jokes.
• Be courteous to those around you and the comics on stage!
• Obnoxious, loud, drunken, or other disruptive behavior WILL NOT be tolerated in the showroom. Those types of behavior will result in IMMEDIATE EJECTION without refund.
• Once the headliner takes the stage, late entry will NOT be permitted and no refunds will be issued.
• Once the show starts phones are to be put way. No texts or calls are allowed while the show is going on.
• Photography and recording video/audio is NOT allowed during the show. Please take all of your pictures before or after the show.
• All seating is first come first serve within the section corresponding to your ticket purchase.

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS:

• 18 to Laugh and 21 to Drink for early shows.
• Any event with a showtime of 9pm or later is strictly 21 and up.
